On 16 and 17 June, the conect4children Stichting team stepped away from their daily work to focus on something bigger: shaping the future of our organization.
It was an intense and energizing journey, full of open conversations, different perspectives, and a shared willingness to challenge ourselves and each other. What stood out most was the level of engagement, trust, and collective ownership in the room.
We didn’t just exchange ideas – we made commitments. And while those commitments come with real work ahead, they also come with a shared sense of purpose and momentum.
Moments like these remind us that building the future isn’t about having all the answers right away. It’s about listening, collaborating, and moving forward together.
Now the real work begins and we’re confident we’ll carry this momentum forward to strengthen our mission: Facilitate the development of new therapies for pediatrics.
